What's up my friends??

So I figured I would give you a little glimpse inside my current diet. For reference I'm 6'1'' 270 lbs. I currently do 60 minutes of low intensity steady state cardio a day (unless I lace up the roller skates). I'm going to list what I'm currently eating to stay lean and gain muscle. I'm currently having 1-2 cheat meals a week. If you want to eat more, gain more muscle!

Meal 1: Proats 

Meal 2: Megafit Meal (Go-To Meal)

Meal 3: Protein Shake

Meal 4: Megafit Meal (Spicy Ground Chicken)

Meal 5: Megafit Meal (Beef Burrito Bowl)

Meal 6: Megafit Meal (Salmon and Yams)

Meal 7: Real Good Foods chicken strips, 3 rice cakes with almond butter, nonfat greek yogurt, and sugar free syrup

Bedtime: 1 scoop Fiber Greens

I will alter carbs and fats depending on how many calories I'm burning in training through the week. I train with Mr. Olympia 6x a week, so we are training to keep the title!
